M 22years old. From 16 years onwards I was suffering from pcod . . I have taken too much alopathy treatment BT no more benefit. Now from last 4 months I didn't get menses . m too much tens . day by day d problem get bigger . . so plzz help me to overcome irregular menses. .suggest natural remedy.
