How can one re-set ones biological clock i.e fall asleep at normal time? I sleep for 8 hrs everyday but only after midnight and not in one stretch. What worries me is I remain awake for 3-4 hrs between the two phases/parts of sleep. I know there was a drug called MELOSET which help regulate secretion of Melotonin between sun-set and sun-rise.
