I have facing heart burn problem from 1-2 yrs back. After taking food when I drink water after some time it has came out with small part of foods. It is happening some times 2 or 3 times in a day. The water is feeling acid taste. When I take pantroprazole in empty stomach I feel good for the day. But same problem persist again. What should I do?

Here are tips to prevent heartburn. -Relax and eat food slowly;Take time to eat- don't rush. Avoid skipping breakfast. - Eat smaller meals;Don't overeat� -Limit fluids intake during meals.
