I am eating very small amount approximately 30 nuts per day (roasted soybean dry) past 3 months. But some people are saying. I should keep away from soybean because it effect sexual performance and semen should I stop taking or can I use as protein intake?

You can take Soya everyday as you are taking in very small amounts. You have to take more protein rich foods. Like milk and milk products, legumes and beans, a handful of dry fruits, plenty of fruits & Veg regularly. For more information or to get a customised diet chart.
