My son is 6 years old. He has yellow mucus discharge on regular basis. No fever or weekness. He is healthy normal kid. He snores at night and may times has to breath through mouth. What do you suggest?

From your history , it appears that he is suffering from an enlarged , infected nasopharyngeal tonsils / adenoids . He will require a clinical examination and radiograph of the nasopharynx for its diagnosis . A trial of medicines should be given which will help him.
