Hello My rights side nose is blocked due to Sinus my doctor told me to do surgery For sinus, also I have pain in ear, and behind ear on head also doctor told me that this due to sinus but head pain is only one point and pain is not severe it is occur in some times. Also due to this pain some swelling on neck. So please tell me I have to do sinus surgery to recover from all the pain I. E. Ear, head and Tonsils Pain.

Your symptoms are suggestive of sinus problems but it needs to be investigated, primarily with CT scan of nose and sinuses to come to conclusion whether you need surgery or not.
