Dear doctor I have a problems in my penis feeling shy to go to the doctor. I was get huge red Marks on my penis at the tip below the top cone red marks with ulcers it burns a lot when I hold the penis. Urination and all is alright it doesn't burn while urinating. The red marks and cuts are huge and it comes and goes as per his wish
