I did everything for me. To loosing weight even I have dieting but my weight was same as like as I am before. M a non vegetarian. I eat nonvege a lot. And also m foodie. After that m very conscious going to gym and having my daily workout and diet but m didn't getting any results I have a lot of fats on my hips and Thai what should I do for my weight loss pls provide ne the actual problem and tips.

1. In gym you may burn 350 calories in one hour, but one burger gives you 400+ calories. If you add french fries & coke it goes upto 800+ calories. 2. What this means - your exercise can never match junk food/ high calories food. 3. Weight loss is 70% food control and 30% exercise. 4. You may be focusing only on the 30% leaving out the main cause -70%. 5. Work on both to see the results.
