Hello doctor, Being an athlete, daily after my running and workouts I eat soybeans and groundnuts which I put in water or make them sprouted night before I am eating these from last one month But someone suggested me that I am doing wrong and saw in many articles on internet also that eating soybean can lead to grow cancer cells and eating is also not good Now I am confused Being protein rich of soybeans I started eating them and now I am confused Please suggest me to eat soya or not and if not Then what?
