I am 22 years female. I have bipolar disorder. The doze which doctor prescribed me is very high. Should I continue the treatment or leave it and try meditation or yoga something like that? I am really confused.

Dear Naila, i don't know about the dose the doctor has prescribed. She/he must have given the usual starting dose only. At times, you may not be able to tolerate it. Please discuss with the doctor about it. There are many other tablets that may be suitable to you. If you are sure about bipolar disorder, meditation and yoga will be added to tablets. Without tablets, you may not be able to meditate or do yoga regularly.
