After sexual intercourse my penis is suffering some problem. The skin under the head of the penis is swollen. It's not that painful but I am worried. I am applying ice packs for the reduction of the swelling. I doubt that it's paraphimosis. How can it be treated manually?

Keep the groin area clean and dry. Self-care treatment for paraphimosis includes applying ice to the penis to reduce swelling. One method is to place ice in a rubber glove and then place the penis inside the glove. After cold application, apply pressure to the glans while simultaneously pulling forward on the foreskin.

If you don't have pain in penis or there is no urine retention there is no chance of paraphymosis. You just try to maintain hygiene of your private part by washing it with normal water throughly regularly and after intercourse. It will be solved.
