I am 23 years old and my voice hasn't broken yet. I looked this up online and found a couple of possible reasons, one being that the testosterone levels are low. What should I do?

Hye You have to include protein rich foods in your diet. Include eggs, dairy, nuts, fruits like grapes, pomagranates, vegetables like cabbage, leafy vegetables etc. Exercise at least thrice a week.
