I have an allergy which will have so many bumps on my face and itching at particular places in the body. I have gone through the regular treatment for allergy and applied Clobeta GM cream on my face. Now it is better than before but some bumps keep on appearing after the day I eat heavy chicken or Brinjal. I noticed this recently. Can I take it as a food allergy and avoid those foods? The problem is they only appear on face after they go they leave dark spots behind.

Pigmentation creams that gradually fade away those unsightly brown spots. Rule of thumb: avoid pigmentation creams that contain hydroquinone because it can thin skin, making the problem worse in the long term. Instead use products with natural skin lightening ingredients such as kojic acid or alpha-arbutin.
