Hi I am working in a night club so my work timings are from 7 pm to 4 am. And because of this my food timings are very much disturbed so can you suggest me what to eat and when to eat as I wake up around 11 or 12 o clock so I can not have my breakfast and I am overweight as well.

Split your day in a 24 hours cycle according to your work schedule Don't name your food as breakfast lunch or dinner but keep having small portions all through the day.
