Hello Doctor. I am suffering from Knee pain (right knee only) for past one year. My knee pain whenever I climb stairs or stretch it while sitting. Though I am still doing jogging and squats. It does not pain when I run but pain if I do rigorous squats. My age is 35.

Do quadriceps strengthening exercises .if not releaved go for MRI.

Do use "RICE." Rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE) is good for knee pain caused by a minor injury or an arthritis flare. Give your knee some rest, apply ice to reduce swelling, wear a compressive bandage, and keep your knee�elevated. Don't overlook your weight.
