I am 21 years old age and I have more belly. So what should I do in order to reduce it?

Hi. Belly is due to the large gaps in between your meals. So try to take small frequent meals. Take more of salads, whole grains, avoid fatty food, junk food and go for a walk or do easy exercises for belly to reduce.
