I am 66 years old. I have pain in my knees & coxa. Most pain is in sitting & standing time. Also When I sit or lay for some time I can not sand up my muscles get more pain.

Start active quadriceps exercises daily. Do not sit for long time. Use western bathroom. Avoid climbing stairs. Seems you have osteoarthritic knee changes. Use knee cap while while walking. Use mahanarayani oil for knee massage.
