I have a knee pain. I was an athlete during my school and college days. I injured my knee 2 months ago whole doing sit-ups and lounges. Doctors have diagnosed it as osteoarthritis. How can I improve my condition? Will I be able to run and do normal weight lifting at my gym? I don't wanna spend rest of my life (I'm 27YO) limping and in pain. Please suggest. Thank you. Your help is appreciated.
