I have a severe premature ejaculation problem. I have 6 years of married life and feel very embarrassed during intimacy when it?s probably too soon when I start or less than a minute after start, sometimes only for 30-40 seconds. Sometimes before intercourse. I do sex once or twice in a month and even then neither I feel joy nor my partner. And I have been fed up and want a permanent remedy of this problem. Please advise me.
