Hi, When someone like my boss or senior cross examine or justify my work or give rude remarks about my mistake or I try to fix any tough work my mind become blank senses become so high. I can't control my self head become hot start paining. I can't relax my self and also when any negative thing happen to myself I become full of sorrow like nothing for happiness are remain in my life memory loss also there with headache like every time which sometimes become uncontrollable. when I think hard since from six month my performance in personal and professional life is very bad and everybody laugh on myself and scold me and give me very bad remarks about my work attitude my personality and from long time. I think to leave my job and start to do business listening about other word. I am not leaving Job but not want to continue to do job so what's the problem?
