I am 66 year old male and have been suffering from lower back pain for the last few months. I have been diagnosed with damaged discs l4/l5. I have been prescribed cap Neurocord (1-0-0) and tab Nerulin SR (0-0-1). How long can I take these tabs for. Do hey have any adverse effects? Is there any other treatment? My doctor here recommends surgeybut I am not comfortable with the idea at my age. Would appreciate your guidance please. Thanks.
