I am 40 year female. I have been experiencing complete body ache for almost two years now. And have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia recently. And taking medicine for the same but the Dr. says that there is no cure as such. My Hb and B 12 was also less for which I took injection also. But there is no much relief in the pain. How do I tackle with it?
