I am having bilateral diffused swelling in my cheeks. It feels like lymph and sometimes responds to ice massaging/application. Major issue is cosmetic one as my Face looks really big and puffy and I look older than my age 25. The swelling remains throughout the day irrespective of physical activity. It is not tender or hard to touch. Actually it feels nothing except the cosmetic angle. Can you help?
