At the age of 61/male, my collegue has suddenly experienced a noice in his knee 2 days back, this noice is prevalent on any knee movement and since today afternoon he is also experiencing pain in his very knee (right knee). Prior to this he has been experiencing neck pain and back bone pain as well which is neo been experienced in the knee. Pl advice what should be done to prevent this and insure that everything is fine.
