I feel scared due to some flashbacks of past I just think that what would have happened if I would do this. I can not take step forward even when I put myself on some busy tasks. I have a fear of what will people think about me if would do this and will do this ,regarding my safety and security, in short ,I just feel insecure due to the interference of people in each other?s life When I am happy ,negative thoughts often come to my mind and then I am forced to think that negative. I do not feel happy from core of my heart when I have some good news. Please make get rid out if this all. Thank you.

I would like to advise you not to worry for it and forget it what was happened with you.
