My premature daughter of 28 days has got diaper rashes which is there till thighs also. Initially I applied candid-B cream. But it did not work. After that, Continuously I am applying siloderm mix cream and used almost 1 and 1/2 tubes of it which has clotrimazole + beclometasone dipropionate + neomycin sulphate. Since yesterday night I have not used diapers for her. It is been 24 hrs now. It pains a lot to her when she does urine. Please suggest what can I do to relieve her pain and it gets heal faster.
