Sir, my seamen is watery. When I masturbate, during ejaculation I can see it is very watery. What ll be the cause? Is it the symptoms of infertility? My guessing :- Once I had hydrocele, I had taken ayurvedic medicine, but it was still swelling. But automatically it has come to normal position when I started to wear half underwater instead of full underwear. And it occasionally pains. I suspect that, some urine mixed with sperm during ejaculation. I don't know whether I am right or wrong. Please help me, its a serious condition for me. I am scaring about whether is this a symbol of infertility?
