My exams are near, And My Handwriting is very poor, It's not even legible, I always get only passing marks (32-35 out of 80, no matter how I study because of Handwriting, What should I do? My Handwriting depends on my mood and hand pain, Sometimes it is good, But mostly when I'm in bad, negative or anxious mood, It's worse, mostly during exams, And for starting pages it is better but the more I right, The more hand Muscle pain I get, So I cannot write good, It isn't even legible, What should I do to reduce muscle pain of hands and writing legible throughout the paper? I l am also getting treatment for ADHD.

Dear, You need to relax yourself first. The anxiety causes cramps in muscles and you feel the pain, stop stressing. The less you will stress the more you will score. Pain is due to anxiety and due to which you hold your pen very tightly creating excessive stress on muscles which lead to that pain. After every 15 to 20 take a break, keep pen down, spread fingers, make a fist and open for two three times and then again start writing, always use pens with grip in order to avoid stress on thumb and fingers.
