Hai, I am having pains near my left shoulder chest area and BTW shoulder blades. Last year I have done 2d echo in Dec 17 and it is normal and I have done almost 15 ecgs in this year all eggs are normal. But when I consulted neuro physician I was diagnosed with straightening of c spine and I have hiatus hernia. When I am gtg pain near chest or neck I was gtg scared that it is related to heart. Everyday I am gtg scared and no sleep and unable to concentrate on my career. I was advised to wear collar neck and pan dsr. I get much pain when I work on system And mainly I gt pain at left pectoris And shoulder And thoracic spine and neck. What to do. Please help me. I am having this pain from One year. I consulted many doctors. All R telling I am. Normal and but gtg pain simply. Please help me.

You can do the following exercises for neck pain /watch? A person can ease the symptoms of cervical spondylosis with a few simple neck exercises. 1. Neck stretch Keep your body straight. Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return your head to its center position. Push your head back with the chin held high, and hold for 5 seconds. Carry out 5 repetitions. 2. Neck tilt Tilt your head forward so that the chin touches the chest. Softly tense the neck muscles. Repeat on the opposite side. Repeat this exercise 5 times on each side. These exercises can help to moderate the impact of the condition and alleviate pain or feelings of stiffness.
