Sir I am 24 year old and very skinny my eye sight is also very weak, sir I have tried many things like gymming, and good dietary also but for a little while I get results but then again my health become very weak ,sir it feels me very less confident around people ,I feel very less confident to interact them, I even not good think about myself ,sir can I will be healthy or fit? Please reply.
