Hi, How to stop myself from feeling sad? I keep on over thinking about how low I'm feeling. I just want to be happy like everyone else.

To feel sad depends on many factors such as environmental factors, changes occurring at chemical levels in brain. Try to identify the factors or events which could b a root to your sadness of mood.
