Hello, I am 95 kg right now. When I started workout at the gym after a 2-3 min of warmup I felt very tired and got a tendency to vomit and started nausea. After a short rest it?s fine. This things will happen if a take 1 week break from workout and then starting workout. And also if I increase the weight or do something harder this same thing happens. I don?t know what is the reason. Please help.
