I am a 18 years girl I am suffering from pcos. For curing it I am taking ayurvedic medicines.In a recent ultrasound report my uterus volume was 50 ml and right ovary volume was 17 ml and left ovary volume was 14 ml. Is it normal? And please tell me what are the normal volumes of ovaries and uterus.

Hi, Normally the ovarian volume is 4-6 ml for your age. Your pcod is quite bad. I advise you to go for allopathy because maybe Ayurvedic medicine is not helping you. Also along with medication you have to exercise 30-40 minutes regularly everyday. Try to lose weight around your abdomen and avoid All maida based items from your diet.
