Hi, I am 28 years old male, I am facing pain in my left ribs and its behind from last 3 months and it never stops even with medicine. Someone advised me for CT scan and I did the same. Doctor has founded the following problem in CT scan PROBLEM IN CT SCAN stranding and soft tissue thickening is seen around the costochondral junction of the 7th and 8th ribs on left side with bulky overlying muscles of the chest wall. The overlaying skin is also thickened. Few atelectatic bands are seen in the lingula segment of the left upper lobe and in the right middle lobe. Rest of the lung parenchyma shows normal morphology. Trachea and main stem bronchi are normal. The mediastinal fat planes and margins are unremarkable. I would like to know is is serious problem or normal and how much time it could take to fix. Also what medicine should I take?

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
