Hi, its been a month that I have undergone knee surgery (proximal tibia) right leg with plate inserted in fracture area. Now Stitches have been removed and still im unable to lift my leg. Is it normal or will it take some time to do so. Also physio therapy is yet to be started by doctor by coming days. Please let me know is this condition is normal that I'm unable to lift leg at present or any other problems.

Difficulty in lifting leg after knee injury occurs because of weakness of quadriceps (thigh) muscles. This usually gets better once physiotherapy is started.
