I gave birth to my child in September I have problem breast feeding her. I initially got a lot of milk but she couldn't drink because I had inverted nipples and then I used breast pump to pull them and it worked. But I am getting milk out of only 2 pores because of that she drinks for hours and hours but she is not satisfied and wants bottle milk. I want to know how to open the pores of my nipple so that she drinks it in short time and gets satisfied.

The best way to get out of your head and into your body is to focus on your breathing. You want to take long, deep breaths in which you constrict the back of your throat so that you can hear your breath. We call this Bliss Breath. When you hear your own breath aloud, it helps get you out of your head and into your body. This helps you feel more pleasure for longer. As with everything in Tantra and yoga, breathing is key to getting the most out of the practice.
