My Grandmother is 68 years old. Her sugar level is not controlling it remains always between 170 before eating food and 234 after eating food. She is not eating any sweet and sugar thing from 2 months. Sugar had also effected her eyes as doctors said that she has white motiyabind. Can somebody suggest Food Chart.

1. Her carbohydrates level should be restricted to 30% only 2. Take only millets instead of atta/rice 3. Take proteins + salad with each meal 4. Walk 10 mins after each meal. 5. Take 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder and one tsp Amla powder with water/ milk daily. 6. Avoid all mithai, white rice, maida, fruit juice etc 7. Double water intake. 8. Follow this and her sugar levels will drop in a month.
