My diet is increasing day by day, which is resulting in the increasing weight. My BMI is more than the required average. But I can't avoid food as i feel very hungry. What should I do?

a gd high fibre diet in the form of thoroughly washed raw/ steamed/ boiled vegetable salads in both meals, a good high protein diet like milk (low fat) and products made out of that, lean meat options, will help u control ur appetite
