Got a dark patch on neck. My doctor suggested to use biluma cream and make solution and he stated that this is Lpp. But I dnt have any itchy sensation over the affected area. He also said that this is not treatable. Later I got some knowledge on LPP and symptoms abd there is no such symptom for me as such. Is this just an allergic reaction or its LPP. Please help.
