I have been suffering from severe back pain, Pain is as severe so that I am unable to stand for 15 to 20 minutes, and when I rest pain decreases, when I sleep by laying my feet pain increases, when I bend my feet pain decreases. While I'm running pain insist in my hips.

U need to do an X-ray of lumbar spine. U can place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back. Massage with oil.
