If not please tell me the treatment - VOLUME - 3 ML VISCOSITY AND SELF LIQUEFACTION - after 30 min MOTILE - 20% SLUGGISH - 40% IMMOBILE - 40% TOTAL COUNT OF SPERMS - 35 million/ ml PUS CELLS - 3-5/ hpf Please help me with above result.

Sperm count is normal ,but motility is reduced ,you should consult a urologist ,after examination and getting a few more tests done he will prescribe you medicines. If motility of sperms increases then fine ,otherwise your wife can go for intrauterine insemination with your washed sperms.
