For weight loss will you kindly inform a diet menu. I am 66 with 163 cm by and 90 kg wt. Morning,noon, and EVENING diet. Shall I omit Rice and wheat completely. I just avoided this now. Also the. Non veg. sugar level 122 fasting. Not taking medicine and no genetic reference.

Do begin with you can reduce you rice and wheat intake. If you are planning to reduce it completely then replace them with 2-4 egg whites (no yellow) daily with 3 portions of vegetable and salads in a day. Include 2 portions of fruits daily. This should help if you follow religiously.
