As per your history it is gingival problem get your teeth clean gargle with half glass of warm water with 1 spoon of salt few turmeric in it.

Use a sensitivity paste. Apply over affected area for 3 to 5 minutes and later brush with same. And for bad smell you can use a mouthwash. Twice daily for one month.
