I feel restlessness in my calf muscles, particularly at bed time and during summer. It is not so in winter. Can you explain the possible cause of it and remedy for it. Thanks

when we sleep, our foot are in plantar flexion (downward) and calf muscle have shorten at that time, so you much work out for calf muscle like stretching exercise not so hardly and warm fomentation you need for thrice time a day (alternate days for 12 days). see the result
