I am suffering from big tummy fat and my whole body fat is ok. I am normal weight person. So pls advise us how to remove belly fat without losing body weight.

Reduce carbohydrates and sugar from your diet. Do cardio exercises daily for one hour. Do regular abs exercises so that you get a toned ab. Drink more water, take more salads, and fruits. You can drop a few kgs and you will get good results.
