I am 31 years old female, married since 2 years, with no children. I am suffering from upper right buttock pain for many years (more than 7 ). Medicines give only temporary relief. Doctors say I am suffering from piriformis syndrome. Which is better and more effective for me: IFT Treatment or dry needling? I do not suffer from any other health condition except mild IBS.

If You really want to get rid of pyriformis syndrome the best and only option is DRY NEEDLING. After 15 minutes your pain will be gone forever. In my clinic such syndromes would not lasts for more than 15 minutes.
