From past couple of days I'm facing problems with my teeth, getting yellow and sometimes getting blood out from teeth as well. I'm brushing teeth regularly twice a day and am using colgate paste, someone suggested me to use sensodine paste. Kindly suggest me something.

You may use a mouthwash rinse two times daily for 15 days. Like chlohex plus. Rest if still bleeding there kindly get teeth cleaning and polishing done by nearby dentist.
