Hi, I have back pain issue. Mainly my lower back. It seems like chronic back pain. I also went for many doctors. They usually say there is a nerve issue in my back. This problem was from more than 1 year ago. And it is growing more day by day. What should I do? In formation about treatment and health tips are more appreciated. Thank you!

prevent lower back pain. Exercise your core. Strong core muscles are important to provide support for the lower back and avoid injury. Low-impact cardiovascular exercise?like exercise walking?increases blood flow to the spine, which supplies healing nutrients and hydration to the structures in your lower back.
