My penis has a downward curvature during erection ,i do not know why this curvature is and after some minutes of erection I get ejaculated due to minor rubbing this early ejaculation problem did not use to happen earlier. And the most frustrating issue I am facing is just within 15 seconds of penetration my semen comes out even though I use condom. I don understand what is happening.

If your penis does two things?pees and gets erect enough for sex?then it is working perfectly fine and you should probably not try to change it. If you are having all sorts of problems, go see a urologist, and get a professional exam and recommendation.
