Hi, weight-loss is a gradual process. It is only the by product of leading a healthy lifestyle. Honestly you wont be able to lose 10kgs in a month and it is also not good to do so. Below are some tips to get you started on the weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2.
